Mr Savich has 20 years of experience in the resources sector in Western Australia. He began his career as an accountant in 2003 and was subsequently a resources analyst between 2006 and 2014. Mr Savich has been a director of Agrimin since 2012 and was previously CEO and Executive Director from 2014 to 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from the WA School of Mines, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed the Chartered Accountants (CA) program.
Mr Bradley has 17 years of technical and financial experience in the resources industry based in Perth and London. He is experienced in company management, capital markets, minerals exploration, project feasibility and corporate governance. Mr Bradley was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Agrimin Limited (ASX: AMN). He is also currently a Non-Executive Director of WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1). Mr Bradley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Mr Lyons has international experience in the resources industry across Australia and Europe, covering multiple facets from minerals exploration through to project development. He has broad experience in a range of commodities including industrial and agricultural minerals, precious and base metals, and bulks. Mr Lyons is an Executive Director of WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1). He was previously the Chief Development Officer of Agrimin Limited (ASX: AMN). Mr Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG).
Mr Parker is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience in exploration, resource and mining roles, with a focus on exploration, project evaluation and project generation primarily for base metal and gold deposits. His former roles include Non-Executive Director of WA1 Resources Ltd, key geological positions at Sandfire Resources as Principal Technical Geologist, IGO (Chief Geologist – Nickel, Chief Geologist –Base Metals and later Chief Geologist) from 2003 – 2017, consultant to IGO 2000– 2003, as well as roles at Resolute Limited and other companies. The teams he has led and worked with have had success finding and expanding resources from near-mine to greenfields settings for Ni-Cu sulphide, gold, VMS deposits and carbonatites including WA1’s Luni niobium deposit. Since 2017 Mr Parker has also advised exploration groups regarding project generation, project opportunities and exploration approaches on projects. Mr Parker has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree from the University of Western Australia and an M.Sc. from Queen’s University in Canada.
Ms McManus is an experienced Company Secretary and Corporate Financier with a track record in ASX-listed environments. She brings expertise in compliance, corporate governance, corporate finance, capital markets and accounting. Ms McManus is currently Company Secretary of Agrimin Limited (ASX:AMN). She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) graduate from the University of Western Australia.
Mr Miles brings over 10 years of broad Western Australian focussed mineral exploration experience to the role. His expertise spans project generation and management, remote field operations, environmental and heritage assessments and feasibility studies. Mr Miles is member and course graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). He holds BScs in the fields of applied geology and environmental science/management from Curtin University.
